Grantley group is a property investment and asset management company formed by 5 partners who have combined their extensive resources to generate significant profits from investing in larger projects not within the reach of the individual investor.
The partners have extensive experience of residential, commercial and investment property and our main focus is to add value to projects, through renovation, conversion or development of multi-unit or prime single properties, mainly in the London area.
That said, we are also open to other areas and opportunities to generate profits such as injecting capital into joint venture projects. Every project will be considered on the basis of risk, exit strategy and profit.
